Christopher Gulla, Esq.

Chris Gulla is currently a Partner at a national law firm and the General Counsel of an international professional basketball agency. He is an experienced attorney who has represented clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies, in a variety of high stakes legal matters. Since 2013, Gulla has negotiated or secured in excess of $25,000,000 for his clients.

Having spent over a decade as General Counsel to a variety of different basketball related entities, Gulla has managed basketball legal issues at the regional, national and international scales. From 2018 - 2024, he operated his own international professional basketball agency and was engaged to appear before some of the sports’ highest governing arbitration bodies on behalf of his clients. Prior to this, Gulla spent 4 years as an NCAA basketball player, 7 years as an NCAA basketball coach and nearly 2 years working within the Athletics Compliance Department of a high-major NCAA Division 1 University. His diverse experiences have allowed him to stay educated on the legal issues impacting the sport and have earned him a reputation as a legal specialist in the field.

Today, through SwishLegal, Gulla offers his specialized legal services to members of the global basketball community who are in need of guidance and support. He is passionate about the sport and prides himself on being able to meaningfully connect and communicate with just about anyone from anywhere.
